With a background in extensive customer service, I have put empathy and the users at the forefront of my process. I strive to utilise user research to inform my design decisions so I can provide the users with the most seamless digital experience.

Outside of design, I am an avid coffee drinker and do calligraphy. Calligraphy was initially a hobby but I’ve somehow found myself taking on occasional wedding related projects where I create lettering goods for clients. It’s also very therapeutic!
